StartupTAP was founded on the realization that high-growth companies need effective solutions for talent acquisition that are outside the scope of most traditional recruiting agencies.
In 2010, our founders embedded themselves in some of the fastest-growing startups in Southern California, hired 180+ people over 18 months, and most importantly, formed long-lasting relationships with both the candidates they placed and the companies they built.
This hands-on, relationship-driven approach continues to be the founding principle behind the work we do.
