Anna is a Los Angeles native who traded the coast for Arizona a few years back. She’s spent her career on both sides of the hiring table, starting in agency search before moving into in-house talent acquisition, so she knows what it takes to run a great search and what it feels like to be the client.

Early in her career, Anna worked full-desk, partnering with companies and candidates across industries. Most recently, she led Talent Acquisition at United Talent Agency, where she scaled the function and drove hiring across the organization. After several years in-house, she found herself missing the parts of the work that drew her in to begin with: the variety, the relationships, and the problem-solving. So, she came back to search.

That in-house chapter shapes how she operates now: she gets to know the business before the job description, and she recruits like someone who’s had to live with the hires.

Outside of work, Anna is usually planning her next trip, chasing the latest restaurant to land on the Michelin Guide, or thrifting for a hidden gem.
