A true LA native, Manon loves this city and its ever-changing landscape. She was drawn into recruitment by a clever job posting and has quickly grown to love this fast-paced environment. A tenacious attitude equips her with the ability to remain positive while searching for those perfect candidate matches, while her nosy personality allows her to learn as much as she can from every person she talks to.

Priding herself on mastering LA traffic (if that can even be done?) her foodie heart leads her all over town in search of the best. When not glued to her computer or drinking her third cup of coffee a day Manon loves hiking with her dog / sidekick Bear.
